1,Ningbo Zhenhai Bolang Metal Product Factory, which was established in 2007, is located in Guisi Industrail Zone, Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, with a whole plant area of 3300 square meters, mainly provide aluminum die casting, zinc die casting production services as well as high precision CNC machining and kinds of surface treatments. Our products are widely used for Auto parts, Lamp parts, Furniture/Office equipments, Windshield Wiper system, Home appliance, Heat sink, Valve/Pump, Electric tool, Enclosure boxes, Telecommunications, Medical devices, etc.

2,We have passed ISO9001:2008 and TS16949 Quality Management System Certification, which is very important in Auto Industry.

3,For high pressure die casting, we have 280t and 400t cold chamber die casting machines. For machining, we have four Brother machining centers, 8 large CNC lathes, 17 drilling and tapping machines. For inspection facilities, than normal gages and calipers, we have CMM facility, spectrometer, hardness testing device, float-type pneumatic measuring instruments, roughness tester, lead testing device and tensile testing machine etc.

And we always have detail improvement plans on the facilities, we will change all of the drilling and tapping machines from manual operation to automation by 2017, and we will invest in another two brother machining center next year.

4, For surface finish, we have Deflashing machine, Tumbling machine, Shot blasting machine. In addition, we also can provide powder coating, anodizing, hard anodizing, e-coating, chrome plating, galvanizing etc.
